    Join us for a one-night handbuilding class! Using slab techniques, we'll create platters imprinted with leaf texture to celebrate spring

    Your pieces will be fired and ready for pickup within 1-2 weeks of your class. Feel free to bring an adult (or not) beverage of your choice as well. No experience required, and this class is appropriate for teens and adults alike.

  • Visiting Artist Sarah Anderson Weekend Sgraffito Workshop

    We are over the moon to welcome Sarah Anderson for a 2-day workshop as part of her traveling Sgraffito tour! Dive deep into the details of Sgraffito in this two-day class. Explore surface design techniques, how to use negative and positive space to create illusions of depth, working with the clay at various stages, underglaze tips, and more. This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced potters alike.

  • Summer Clay Camps for 1st-5th Graders

    Looking for a fun activity for your 1st-5th grader when school is out? We have two weeks of camp this summer, 6/24-6/28 and 7/8-/7/12. Camp runs 9:30-12:30 each day, and kids can sign up for individual days or for the full week a at a discount.

    We will provide all clay and supplies. Each child will bring their own snack.

  • Yay! Cake!

    Clay AND cake? What a great mix! In this 4-week cake-themed class, you'll make all sorts of fun cake-related ceramics - think cake toppers and slip-piped decorations, and on July 3 you'll decorate actual cupcakes just in time for 4th of July celebrations!

    Not to brag, (OK, it's a brag) we have a wealth of creative media expertise on our team! Between Alison and Amanda alone there's formal training in culinary arts, textile arts, and fine arts! Not to mention years of hands on experience and a true love of creative expression and instruction. Join the fun! This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced potters alike.

  • 8-Week Wheel (April-June)

    This wheel class is right for brand new beginners through intermediate potters, focusing on wheel skills and finishing techniques. No experience necessary, and those with experience will be challenged to hone skills and add new techniques to their practice. Includes clay, glazes, and access to basic studio tools, plus studio access during Student Open Studio Hours.

  • Gather Pottery (April-June)

    Our “studio takeover” class, two of our fantastic instructors teami up to offer a class that will teach both more advanced and beginner skills across many pottery techniques: wheel, slab, extruded forms, finishing, surface decoration, and glazing. The two-teacher format will provide flexibility to split into small groups based on skill/experience, offering level-appropriate instruction to accommodate both more advanced potters and true beginners. Includes clay, glazes, and access to basic studio tools.

    This 8-week class is suitable for everyone from beginners who have never touched clay to more experienced potters looking to learn new techniques and try new projects.
