Parking
Gather has plenty of free parking, but where you park depends on the day and time.
Please don't park under the flyover. Although cars are often parked there, that area may need to remain clear for loading dock access, and vehicles may be towed if trucks need access. For maps, parking diagrams, building entry instructions, and accessibility information, visit Directions & Parking

In the south lot
Gather's reserved spaces are #5 and #12. If possible, please leave these available for members with limited mobility.
Evenings & Weekends
You may park in any reserved space except #10.
What are Office Hours?
Office Hours are included with membership.
An instructor is available for one-on-one and small-group help with throwing, handbuilding, glazing, trimming, troubleshooting, and other pottery questions. Office Hours are open to students as well. In case of a buy Office Hours, the instructor will opperate on a first come, first serve basis.
Can I bring my own clay and glazes?
Yes—with staff approval.
All outside materials must be mid-fire and approved before use.
No low-fire, no lusters, no crater glazes or other glazes that tend to jump, no externally-purchased bisqueware. All wide-range gloss glazes are only to be fired in glaze firings.
How long will my work take to be fired?
We fire kilns when they are full rather than on a fixed schedule.
Work is not always fired in the order it arrives. Kilns are loaded based on the size, shape, and firing requirements of the work to produce the best results.
For everyone's safety and to protect members' work, only trained staff load, unload, and operate the kilns.
Can I use every piece of equipment?
Some equipment requires staff training before use.
These include, for expample, the slab roller, extruder, spray booth, Dremel tool, sanding wheel, and heat gun.
Are service animals allowed?
Yes. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Pets and emotional support animals that are not service animals are not permitted.
